மாநாடு 12 April 2022
தஞ்சாவூர் மகர்நோன்பு சாவடியில் அமைந்துள்ள டி.இ.எல்.சி. தூய தேற்றரவாளன் தேவாலயம் இந்த மாதம் தனது 150வது ஆண்டினை நிறைவு செய்கிறது. அதன்படி வருகிற 23 ,24 ,25, ஆகிய தேதிகளில் இவ்விழா மிகச் சிறப்பாக கொண்டாடப்பட உள்ளது.
இவ்வாலயத்தின் தொடக்கம், இந்த ஆலயத்தின் சிறப்புகள், இந்த ஆலயம் செய்து வருகிற மக்கள் பணி, சேவைகள் போற்றுதலுக்குரியது அதன் விபரம் பின்வருமாறு:
1853 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஸ்வீடன் மிஷனரியான மறைதிரு. ஆக்டர்லோனி தமிழகம் வந்தார். ஜெர்மன் திருச்சபையான எல்.இ.எல்.எம் ஆதரவுடன் இந்த தேற்றரவாளன் ஆலயத்தை கட்டியுள்ளார். இவ்வாலயம் 26-04-1871ல் டி.இ.எல்.சி முதலாவது பேராயர் மாமறை திரு.ஹைமன் அவர்களால் திருநிலைப்படுத்தப்பட்டது.
கட்டிடக்கலையின் சிறப்புகள்:
இவ்வாலயம் கோத்திக் முறை எனப்படும் ஜெர்மன் கட்டிடக்கலை தொழில் நுட்பத்தின் படி கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது,
ஆலயத்தின் ஆல்டர் என்று சொல்லக்கூடிய பீடத்தின் பின்புறம் மேல்பக்கம் அமைந்துள்ள வண்ணமிகு வட்ட வடிவ கண்ணாடியில் 12 இதழ்கள் கொண்டிருக்கும் மலர்போன்ற வடிவமைப்பு உள்ளது. அதன் நடுவில் சிலுவை ஒன்றும் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது. இது 12 மாதங்களில் சிலுவை வழி மீட்பு நமக்கு உண்டு என்பதையும் இஸ்ரவேலின் 12 கோத்திரங்களையும் இயேசுவின் 12 சீடர்களும் குறிக்கிறது.
இவ்வாலயத்தில் மேற்கூரை 12 தூண்களால் தாங்கப்படுகிறது. அருளுரை மேடையை ஒட்டி உள்ள தூணின் மேல் பகுதியில் நட்சத்திர வடிவ சின்னம் பொறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது அன்றைய இஸ்ரவேலின் அரசன் தாவீது காலம் தொடங்கி இன்றுவரை இஸ்ரவேல் நாட்டின் கொடியை நினைவுறுத்தும் வண்ணமாகவும் மற்ற 11 தூண்களின் மேற்பகுதியில் வெவ்வேறு வடிவிலான சிலுவை சின்னங்களும் பொறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது சிலுவை மூலமே மீட்பு உண்டு என்பதை குறிப்பதாக அமைந்துள்ளது.
இவ்வாலய விரிவாக்கம் தொடர்பாக பீடத்திற்கு ஆல்டர் இருபுறமும் வெளிப்புறமாக ஆலயத்தை ஒட்டி இரண்டு அறைகள் 1971 மற்றும் 1979ல் கட்டப்பட்டு ஒன்று ஆலய பாடகர் குழுவினராளும் மற்றொன்று ஆலய போதகர் அவர்களாலும் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
இட வசதியை அதிகரிக்கும் வண்ணமாகவும் இறை கூட்டங்கள் நடத்த வசதியாகவும் ஆலய முன்புறம் விரிவாக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டு பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
தொடக்க காலத்தில் அனேக ஆண்டுகளாக பேராயர்கள், குருமார்கள், தியாகோனிய தாயார்கள் ஆகியோரை தெரிவு செய்து திரு நிலைப்படுத்துவது இவ்வாலயத்தில் தான்.
சி.எஸ்.எம், இ.எல்.எம் , எல்.இ.எல்.எம் என்ற ஆரம்பகால பெயர்களை மாற்றி இன்றுள்ள டி.இ.எல்.சி தமிழ் சுவிசேஷ லுத்தரன் திருச்சபை என்று முதன்முதலாக 14.01.1919ல் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது இந்த ஆலயத்தில் தான் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
திருச்சபையை நிர்வகிக்கும் உயர்மட்டக் குழுவான சர்ச் கவுன்சில் எனும் ஆலோசனை சங்க தேர்தலும் தேர்வு பெற்றவர்களை நியமனம் செய்வதும் தொடக்கத்திலிருந்து தொடர்ந்து பல ஆண்டுகளாக இவ்வாலயத்தில் தான் நடந்து வந்தது.
இந்தத் திருச்சபையின் மூலம் நடத்தப்படும் ஏழை ,எளிய மாணவ மாணவியர்கள் முதல் முதியோர்கள் வரை பயன்பெறும் வகையில் கல்வி நிலையங்கள், ஆதரவற்றோர் இல்லங்கள் ,ஆலயங்கள் விபரம்:
பெண்கள் கிறிஸ்தவ மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளி
டி இ எல் சி மழலையர் பள்ளி
டி இ எல் சி நடுநிலைப்பள்ளி
பெதஸ்தா ,பெத்தானியா ,நாசரேத் எனும் தியாகோனியர் இல்லம் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் இல்லம், குடிக்காடு ,அய்யம்பேட்டை ரெட்டிபாளையம் ஆகிய பகுதிகளில் சிற்றாலயங்கள். ஆகியவை சிறப்பாக பல ஆண்டுகளாக செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது.
இவ்வாலயத்தின் குருவாக தற்போது மறைதிரு பி.ஜேக்கப் ஜெயராஜ் M.A,B.D,M.CS, அவர்களும் உதவி குருவாக மறைதிரு ஜி.கிளாடிஸ் வசுமதி அவர்களும் ஆலய நிர்வாக குழுவினர்கள் :S.சார்லி மனோகரன்.செயலர் , A.ஜவகர். பொருளர், A.மோகன்குமார் சாம்சன் உபதேசியார் . D.காட்வின் லின்சே.. W.மார்கரெட் நேசமணி, J. ரெய்னால்டு ஜெயசேகரன். D.விஜயகுமார். V.ஜெயபால். D.ஜெயப்பிரகாஷ்.ஆகியோர் திறம்பட சிறப்பாக பணியாற்றி வருகின்றார்கள்.
இவ்வாறாக பல ஆண்டுகளாக அனைவரையும் நேசித்து, அரவணைத்து, அன்பையும், அறிவையும் ,அனைவருக்கும் தந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் இந்த தேவாலயம் 150 ஆண்டுகளை கடந்து விட்டதை கொண்டாடும் விதமாக வருகின்ற ஏப்ரல் மாதம் 23, 24,25 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் கொண்டாட உள்ளார்கள் அன்பை அரவணைக்கும் அனைவரும் அதில் பங்கு பெற்று மகிழ்வோம். நமது மாநாடு இதழ் அவர்கள் அனைவரையும் வாழ்த்தி ,வணங்கி மகிழ்கிறது.
