தஞ்சை மாவட்டம் பேராவூரணியை அடுத்த மல்லிப்பட்டினத்தில்
நெற்கதிர் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் முன்னேற்ற நல சங்கம் டிசம்பர் 3 இயக்கத்தின் சேதுபாவசத்திர ஒன்றிய செயற்குழு கூட்டம் மற்றும்சங்கத்தினருக்கு உறுப்பினர் அடையாள அட்டை வழங்கும் விழா நடைப்பெற்றது
சுமார் 300க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் இந்த விழாவில் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
சேதுபாவாசத்திர ஒன்றிய தலைவர் தட்சிணாமூர்த்தி அவர்கள் தலைமை தாங்கினார், ஒன்றிய பொருளாளர் யாக்கூப் அவர்கள் வரவேற்புரை ஆற்றினார், ஒன்றிய செயலாளர் முரளி கிருஷ்ணன் முன்னிலை வகித்தார்.
மாவட்டச் செயலாளர் ஜலீல் முகைதீன், மாவட்ட பொருளாளர் சங்கத்தின் விளக்க உரை அளித்தனர்.
சங்கத்தின் மாவட்ட துணைச் செயலாளர் பாலசுப்பிரமணியன், மாவட்ட மகளிர் அணி செயலாளர் அகிலா, மாவட்ட துணைத்தலைவி கலையரசி, காது கேளாதோர் அணியின் மாவட்ட தலைவர் பாண்டித்துரை, காது கேளாதோர் அணியின் மாவட்ட செயலாளர் சண்முகப்பிரியா, மாவட்ட பொருளாளர் யுவராஜ் அனைவரும் சிறப்புரையாற்றினார்கள்.

தீர்மானம்:-
1. உள்ளாட்சி, சட்டமன்றம், பாராளுமன்றத்தில் 5 சதவீத இட ஒதுக்கீடு மாற்றுத்திறனாளிக்கு கொடுக்க வேண்டும்.
2. அரசாணை இருந்தும் செயல்படுத்தாத ஒன்று இது
அரசுத்துறையில் உள்ள அனைத்து கட்டிடங்களிலும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான தனி கழிப்பறை ஏற்பாடு செய்ய வேண்டும்.
3. கிராமப்புறங்களில் உள்ள மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் தொழில் செய்து அவர்களுடைய வாழ்வாதாரத்தை உயர்த்திக் கொள்ள வங்கி கடன் விரைவாக வழங்க வேண்டும் அரசாணை இருந்தும் செயல்படாமல் உள்ளது என உள்ளிட்ட தீர்மானங்கள் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டன
