ஊழலில் திளைத்த நாகூர் தர்கா நிர்வாகம் தமிழ்நாடு வக்பு வாரியம் கட்டுப்பாட்டுக்கொண்டு வரப்பட்டது. அதையடுத்து, தனி அதிகாரி நியமன்ம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.
உலக புகழ்பெற்ற நாகூர் தர்காவில் தமிழ்நாட்டில் நாகை மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ளது. ஊழல் குற்றச்சாட்டுகள் காரணமாக உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தால் நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட இடைக்கால நிர்வாகிகள் பொறுப்புகளை ஒப்படைக்காத காரணத்தால் அலுவலகத்திற்கு சீல் வைத்த நிலையில், தமிழ்நாடு வக்பு வாரியத்தின் நேரடி கட்டுப்பாட்டுக்குள் கொண்டுவரப்பட்டது
இதுதொடர்பான வழக்கில் நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்பு படி, 2017 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் நீதி மன்ற உத்தரவுப்படி, ஓய்வு பெற்ற ஐ.ஏ.எஸ் அதிகாரி அலாவுதீன், ஓய்வு பெற்ற நீதிபதி அக்பர் ஆகியோர் இடைக்கால நிர்வாகிகளாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டனர். இவர்களின் பதவி காலம் 4 மாதங்கள் மட்டுமே. ஆனால், அவர்கள் தொடர்ந்து 5 ஆண்டு காலமாக பதவியில் நீடித்து வருகின்றனர். இவர்கள் மீது ஏராளமான ஊழல் புகார்கள் உள்ளன.
தர்கா வளாகம், தர்கா கட்டுப்பாட்டில் உள்ள நாகூர் மார்கெட், போன்றவைகளை நேரடி ஆய்வுகளை மேற்கொண்ட அவர்கள், கோப்புகளை ஆய்வு செய்து இடைக்கால நிர்வாகிகள் பயன்படுத்திய கோப்பு அலமாரிகள், பாதுகாப்பு பெட்டகம், அவர்களின் அறை உள்ளிட்டவைகளை பூட்டி சீல் வைத்தனர்.
மேலும், நீதிமன்றத்தால் நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட இடைக்கால நிர்வாகிகள் அலுவல் பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ள தடை விதித்ததுடன், தர்கா நிர்வாகத்தை தமிழ்நாடு வக்பு வாரியத்தின் கீழ் கொண்டு வர வக்பு வாரிய ஆய்வாளர் ஒருவரை நியமனம் செய்துள்ளனர். மேலும் ஊழல் புகார்கள் குறித்து விசாரணை மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றனர்
